The 2026 Midlothian Day Parade and Festival is hosted by Sanctuary Rescue in conjunction with Chesterfield County Parks and Recreation.  It is held the third Saturday of October each year to celebrate local culture and community connection.  The free, family-oriented event brings people together through a morning parade, followed by a festival with hundreds of crafters, local artisans, makers, food trucks, stage acts, children's activities and more on the grounds of Midlothian Middle School. For nearly half a century Midlothian Day Festival has brought neighbors together for a day of family, fun, and fellowship.
